Our ‘Enjoy’ piece was made with Distil Ennui at their ‘ Makers Place’ carbon neutral facility and recycling studio. The studio itself was designed from the ground up with machinery and processes specifically built for an island based methodology; all designed and hand fabricated in the Maldives.

With tourism at an all time high, the island has seen a huge problem of plastic bottles and cans being washed up on the shores so they started collecting the brand segregated waste and then recycling it all back into a more positive outcome for their end of life use instead of ending up in land fill or worse.

The energy used to make one can alone is the same as recycling 95 old cans back into new. A horrifying waste of materials and energy that is enabling global warming.
